GLOBAL SPORTS AND ARTISTICS CHALLENGE CELEBRATING TEAM SPIRIT AND COMMITMENT

Launched in 2017, the Colas Team Cup (CTC) is an international internal challenge that brings together Colas Group employees around shared values.

Held every two years, the competition takes place in three stages: registration, local qualifying rounds across the different geographies, and World Finals.

  1. Five-a-side soccer
  2. Running
  3. Incredible Talents

A truly unifying event, the Colas Team Cup fosters connections across subsidiaries, cultures, and countries while bringing Colas’ core values to life: respect, pioneering, commitment, and sharing.

Bringing people together through sport: the Colas Team Cup’s commitment to solidarity

For the past two editions, the Colas Team Cup has supported charitable initiatives and projects that promote the social and professional integration of young people, with the support of the Colas Foundation, Colas’ corporate foundation.

Since 2021, nearly €100,000 has been donated to partner organizations worldwide

Each employee registration has contributed to the donation fund; Additional funds have been raised through sporting challenges completed by employees during the qualifying rounds.

Thanks to the commitment of Colas employees, more than eight community projects have been supported in France, Côte d’Ivoire, Morocco, Laos, Madagascar and Cambodia—demonstrating how sport can be a powerful driver of positive social impact.

COBEE, the symbol of collective energy

As the official mascot of the Colas Team Cup, COBEE embodies the values that bring us together: teamwork, commitment, and collective energy.

With its yellow and black colors, found around the world just like Colas, COBEE also reflects the beehives installed at some of our sites, highlighting our connection to biodiversity and the spirit of collaboration.
