Supported by Colas Foundation, the corporate foundation of Colas, the 2025–2026 edition of the Colas Team Cup once again demonstrated that sport can be a powerful driver of solidarity.
Beyond the competition itself, employees from around the world joined forces to take on three major collective challenges, each benefiting a partner organization committed to education and the social inclusion of young people.
🌍 Challenge #1 – Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil & Graines de Bitume (Madagascar)
The first challenge supported the Apprentis d’Auteuil Foundation, in partnership with the Graines de Bitume association.
Based in Madagascar, their project, “Sambo Be,” aims to promote the social and professional integration of young people facing extreme vulnerability through tailored training programs and internships.
Thanks to the teams’ commitment, the collective goal of 30,000 kilometers was reached, unlocking a €10,000 donation to support the project and offer new opportunities to Malagasy youth.
🌏 Challenge #2 – Childrens of the Mekong (Laos)
The second challenge was carried out in partnership with Colas Foundation to benefit the Childrens of the Mekong association.
Since 1958, this organization has worked to provide education and training for underprivileged children in Southeast Asia.
In 2025, the Colas Team Cup chose to support a vocational training program in sewing for young women in Vientiane, Laos, enabling them to acquire essential skills to build a sustainable future.
Participants collectively burned more than 500,000 kcal, resulting in a €6,000 donation to the association.
🌍 Challenge #3 – Play International (France)
The third and final challenge supported Play International and its “Vivre Ensemble” program, launched in 2016.
This inclusive initiative uses sport as an educational tool to strengthen social cohesion, prevent violence, and promote equality among children and teenagers in France.
Colas employees logged over 1,500 hours of physical activity, helping sustain this program and spread its core values of respect, sharing, and inclusion.
A Lasting Collective Commitment Driven by Colas Foundation
Through these three challenges, the 2025 Colas Team Cup brought together hundreds of employees around a shared goal: making sport a powerful vector for positive impact.
Every kilometer covered, every calorie burned, and every hour of activity contributed to supporting meaningful, concrete initiatives that make a real difference.
